A Proposal for the 14th Jardin des Métis International Garden Festival in Quebec, Canada, Quasiterrariums advances the role of ornament in the contemporary garden. The project creates a series of deformed Archimedean solids designed to capture garden senses, each  affording curated sensory opportunities for the visitor that lie outside normal experience. Planting design in the garden appeals to more than just the eyes – it awakens touch, taste, hearing and smell.
