Min | Day reorganizes

To our friends, clients and colleagues,
Min | Day is becoming 2 firms: Min Design and Actual Architecture Company.

We would like to share the news we are retiring Min | Day. We started our practice as young ambitious and slightly naive designers with one guiding principle, just say yes. Yes to starting a practice based in San Francisco and Omaha, to teaching and practice, to pro-bono and speculative work, but mostly, just to say yes to opportunities and to approach architecture with open minds and optimism. From the first days of designing through faxes and phone calls to living in the cloud, it has been an amazing experience to build this practice together.

With our growing practice, the challenges of a split-location firm have led us to transition to separate firms based in our respective cities. Min Design, based in San Francisco, will be led by E.B. Min and Jeff Day will lead Actual Architectural Company based in Omaha.

We are immensely proud of the work and achievements accomplished with our many talented partners, clients, staff and collaborators as Min | Day, it has been a wonderful journey. Thank you for being a friend of Min | Day and we look forward to our continuing relationship with you as Min Design and Actual Architecture Company.
